A beauty studio built the way we always wanted one.

WHINSTONE opened in Ponteland for people who want great skin and treatments that suit real life — somewhere unhurried, properly lovely, and entirely free of clinical atmosphere.

Our story

It started with a room, and a very specific idea.

Chloe had spent years in rooms that felt like waiting areas — strip lights, laminate, a leaflet rack. The skin work was good. Everything around it was not.

So WHINSTONE was built backwards from the feeling first: warm plaster, pale oak, a sash window that actually opens, and a diary loose enough that an appointment can take the extra ten minutes it needs. Then the treatments were chosen to match — advanced enough to change skin, gentle enough to fit around a Tuesday.

It is a small team on purpose. You will see the same faces, they will remember what you talked about last time, and nobody is working to a sales target.
