Privacy notice

The short version

This website is a design concept. The forms on it do not send anything anywhere. Whatever you type into the enquiry form or the booking form stays in your browser, is never transmitted, and disappears the moment you close the tab. There is no database, no email, no analytics and no tracking of any kind behind it.

The rest of this page describes what the notice would say if the studio were open, so the concept is complete.

What we would collect

Only what an appointment needs: your name, an email address, a phone number, the treatment you have asked about and when you would like to come in.

The public booking form deliberately does not ask about your health or medical history. Those questions belong in the consultation with the practitioner who is going to treat you — not in a web form, and not before anyone has met you.

What we would use it for

• Arranging, confirming and if necessary rearranging your appointment.
• Replying to a question you have sent us.
• Keeping a record of appointments, as any business has to.

We would not add you to a mailing list because you booked, we would not pass your details to anyone for marketing, and we would not sell them to anybody, ever.

How long we would keep it

An enquiry that does not become a booking would be deleted within twelve months. Appointment records would be kept for as long as the law requires a business to keep them, and no longer.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see what a business holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. On this concept site there is nothing to ask for, because nothing has been collected.

Who to ask

There is no live business behind this site yet, so there is no data controller to name. When there is, this page will carry their name and contact details.
