What it is
A solution is applied for a few minutes to lift dull surface cells and encourage brighter, more even skin underneath. We hold several strengths, so the same treatment can be a gentle glow-up before an event or a serious piece of work on pigmentation.
What people choose it for
- Dullness and uneven tone
- Pigmentation and sun marks
- Congestion and breakouts
- A brighter finish before an occasion
What to expect
- 01
Prep and protect
Skin is cleansed and the delicate areas protected. We talk through exactly how it will feel before anything goes on.
- 02
The peel
Applied with a soft fan brush and left for a few minutes. Expect tingling and warmth that builds and then eases — we stay with you throughout.
- 03
Neutralise and calm
The peel is taken off, skin is calmed and SPF goes on. You will look a little pink, rather like a light flush.
Good to know
Questions people actually ask
Will I actually peel?
With the gentler strengths, usually not — skin just looks fresher. Stronger peels can bring light flaking around day three, which a good moisturiser hides completely.
How soon before an event should I have one?
Two weeks for a first peel, so there is room for your skin to settle and glow. A week is plenty once we know how you react.
Can I have one in summer?
Yes, with daily SPF and sensible sun habits. We may choose a gentler strength between June and August.
How many will I need?
A course of three to six for pigmentation or congestion. For general brightness, one before an occasion does the job.
Suitability, aftercare and the honest bits
Skin will be pink and a little sensitive for a day or two, and flaking is possible with stronger strengths — let it come away on its own rather than helping it. Daily SPF is not optional afterwards. Peels are not suitable during pregnancy, over active cold sores or broken skin, or alongside oral acne medication without a proper gap.
