What it is
A full hour of proper facial work — cleansing, exfoliation, extraction if your skin wants it, massage and a mask chosen once we have seen how your skin is behaving. No two are quite the same, which is rather the point.

Double cleanse and assess
Makeup off, skin read properly, and a plan for the hour agreed out loud before anything else happens.

The working middle
Exfoliation, gentle extractions where they are needed, and a long facial and décolleté massage. This is the part people fall asleep in.

Mask, finish and glow
A mask matched to the day, then serum, moisturiser and SPF. You leave looking rested rather than red.

Questions people actually ask
Will my skin be red afterwards?
A little warmth for twenty minutes or so is normal and settles quickly. This is a facial you can have at lunchtime and go back to work after.
How often should I have one?
Every four to six weeks keeps skin at its best, but a facial before something you are looking forward to works beautifully on its own.
Can I wear makeup afterwards?
You can, though most people find they do not want to. We finish with SPF either way.
I have sensitive skin — is it still suitable?
Yes. Sensitive skin usually gets the calmest version: gentler exfoliation, no extractions, and a mask chosen to settle rather than stimulate.
Suitability, aftercare and the honest bits
Tell us if you are using retinoids, acids or anything prescribed for your skin, and if you have had a recent peel or laser treatment — we will adjust the exfoliation or leave it out. Active cold sores, broken skin or sunburn mean we will rebook you rather than work over them.
