What it is

An unhurried forty-five minutes with one of our therapists, looking properly at your skin in good light and talking through what you would like to change. You leave with a plan in writing — what to start with, what can wait, and roughly what it costs.

What people choose it for

  • Not knowing which treatment is the right one
  • A routine that has quietly stopped working
  • Getting skin ready for a wedding, holiday or birthday
  • A second opinion before committing to a course

What to expect

  1. 01

    A proper look

We start with your skin in daylight rather than under a lamp, and talk through what you notice about it day to day.

  2. 02

    The honest conversation

What will make a difference, what will not, and what order to do things in. If the answer is a good serum and nothing else, we will say so.

  3. 03

A plan you can keep to

Written down before you leave, paced around your actual week and your actual budget. Nothing is booked on the spot unless you want it to be.

Good to know

Questions people actually ask

Do I have to book a treatment afterwards?

Not at all. Plenty of people come for the consultation, take the plan away and start a month later. There is no pressure and no expiry on the advice.

Is the fee refunded if I book something?

Yes — the £45 comes off your first treatment when you book it within three months.

Should I wear makeup?

Come as you normally would. We would rather see your skin as it usually looks than freshly scrubbed.

How long before I see a plan?

You leave with it. It is written during the appointment, not emailed later.

Suitability, aftercare and the honest bits

A consultation is a conversation, not a treatment, so there is nothing to react to and nothing to recover from. If anything you mention needs a GP or a dermatologist rather than a beauty studio, we will tell you plainly and we will not sell you a treatment instead.

Everything here is covered properly at your consultation, and you can ask us anything at any point before you book.
