What it is
Clinically studied wavelengths of light used to calm redness, support healing and encourage skin to behave itself. There is no heat to speak of and nothing to recover from — most people simply lie there and enjoy it.
What people choose it for
- Redness and easily irritated skin
- Breakouts that keep coming back
- Recovery after microneedling or a peel
- Twenty minutes of complete quiet
What to expect
- 01
Settle in
Skin is cleansed, eyes are covered, and the panel is positioned over you. Then you do nothing at all.
- 02
Twenty minutes of light
Warm and completely painless. Plenty of people fall asleep, which we take as a compliment.
- 03
Straight back out
Serum and SPF, and you leave. Nothing to hide, nothing to plan around.

Questions people actually ask
Can I add it to another treatment?
Yes, and it is the most popular thing to add. After microneedling or a peel it noticeably shortens how long redness hangs around.
How many sessions before I notice?
For redness or breakouts, a course of six to eight over three or four weeks. As a top-up after other treatments, one does its job.
Is there any downtime?
None whatsoever. You can go straight back to work, wear makeup, do anything you like.
Does it feel like a sunbed?
No. There is no UV and no tanning involved — it is a gentle warmth, and the eye covers are there for comfort as much as anything.
Suitability, aftercare and the honest bits
LED is one of the gentlest things we offer, with no UV and nothing to recover from. Tell us if you take anything that makes you sensitive to light, or if you have a history of light-triggered migraine or seizures, and we will talk it through before booking.
Everything here is covered properly at your consultation, and you can ask us anything at any point before you book.
